We Can All Relate To Each Other’s Experiences

Being human comes with certain definitive experiences. We are all going to experience pain (both physical and emotional), we are all going to experience loss, everyone has to confront death, we all experience loneliness, and we all need to face the fear of survival including needing food, shelter, clothes, etc to just name a few. Although everyone shares so much in common by just being human, for some reason we relate to each other as if we are complete strangers who could never understand what the other has been through. If we could let down our guards and talk honestly about our fears, our concerns and our pain, we might find that there is deep connection possible within every person we come across. We also may discover that within us is this incredible ability to be naturally supportive and loving. It all starts with letting go of our illusion of being different and embracing the kinder reality, we can all relate to each other.
