We are constantly living in two different realities (maybe even more), the reality that is right in front of us and our minds interpretation of reality. Too often we think we are living our lives when in fact we are living our mind’s version of life. Life itself can be challenging and painful at times but true suffering comes from reliving our bad experiences over and over in our heads. Pain that is experienced in life only happens in the present moment and then its done. It is our mind that recreates the present moment and casts self judgements about ourselves and life due to conclusions drawn from the past. Bringing awareness to our true reality allows us to wake up to the perfection and purpose that is influencing our life events. This is why it is said that reality is always kind, it is our mind’s interpretation of reality that causes us pain.
